Dr. Amaal Rezk – Special-Adviser-Envoy of IIMSAM & Youth Goodwill Ambassador (Miss ECO Int’/ 2019) Ms. Suheyn Cipriani (Peru) sojourn official visit nod by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mauritius to visit the President of Mauritius H.E. Mr. Pradeepsing Roopen at the Presidential State House in the Capital City of Port Louis – Mauritius. The IIMSAM/Miss Eco Delegation during the sojourn meeting briefed the President on the plans of the Autonomous Intergovernmental Institution for the use of Micro-algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition. Institutional Development in Mauritius with his support and that of the MOFA. The President also pointed out how Mauritius is being affected by climate change. His Excellency thank Miss Eco International Project because it’s supporting the well being of our planet through advocacy – concrete deeds and promoting   eco-tourism. The President also expressed an interest in hosting Miss Eco 2021 in Mauritius.

IIMSAM’S Y-GWA Ms. Suheyn Cipriani the 22 year old addressed the students in the school auditorium talked with the students about the importance of taking care of the environment, how important they are as the new generation and encourage them to join #GoGreenMissEco Campaign. And planted a tree accompany by the school Headmistress Ms. Phyllis Philogene.

MS. ECO – INT’L IS NOT JUST A BEAUTY-PAGEANT

Miss Eco International is a beauty pageant founded by the LTCP-UN project. The aim is to make awareness through the theme of Economy & Environment. The pageant supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and works in cooperation with The Government of Egypt (Ministry of Tourism.) in promoting Eco-Tourism. Ms. Eco Int’l is also a Strategic-Partner of the Autonomous Intergovernmental Institution for the use of Micro-algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition,(IIMSAM.) An I.G.O. Observer to the UN/ECOSOC. Miss Eco International brings together representatives of different cultures and traditions from all over the world from some 65 Countries. Its main objective is to promote the importance of saving our planet environmentally in addition to marketing Eco-Tourism across the world, particularly Egypt. Miss & Mister Eco Int chairman- Miss Egypt president – Dr. Amaal Rezk, the founder, C.E.O., owner, and chairman of the Miss Eco International Pageant. And also Special Adviser Envoy of the Secretary-General of IIMSAM. Dr. Amaal acquired her P.H.D. in International Business Management from the University of Liverpool back in 2011. MS. Eco Int’l a Non-Profit Egyptian Entity – Registration-serial no. 10411.

IIMSAM realising its commitments to the peoples of the world especially the ones in emergency situa9ons has been playing a proac9ve role to provide humanitarian relief. Sp. Adviser/Envoy of the Secretary-General Dr. Amal and & Youth Goodwill Ambassador Ms. Thomalla visited the Foreign Minister of Mauri9us H.E. Mr. Vishnu Lutchmeenaraidoo to con9nue their successful trip to Mauri9us Humanitarian Mission towards the Ins9tu9onal Development of IIMSAM and in par9cular the distribu9on of Spirulina Nutri9onal Supplement to the needy popula9on of Mauri9us. The children, the physically disabled,and the malnourished. The IIMSAM delega9on delivered the best regards and gree9ngs from the Secretary-General of IIMSAM R. Maradona to H.E Lutchmeenaraidoo shed light on the humanitarian efforts of IIMSAM and also explained the importance of Spirulina as a food and the mandate of IIMSAM to make the Spirulina as a key-driver to eradicate severe malnutri9on. Dr. Amal handed the Minister over the IIMSAM Free Agreement Treaty and a DiplomaNc Note Verbale address to the Prime Minister of Mauri9us by the IIMSAM Secretary-General R. Maradona. Dr. Amal and Ms. Thomalla spoke about IIMSAM and a “Modus Operandi” that would allow IIMSAM to set its footprints in Mauri9us in support of its Mandate via humanitarian ac9vi9es in support of the UN System for a beNer world and the United Na9ons Sustainable Development Goals 2030 Agenda.
